Dear  Alan

Rumors of our death are greatly over exaggerated!  Of course, seeing that your
starting them, I can understand why.

Prior to this posting I use to think that you were just a "dick head", who
lacked any technical expertise about your products or anyone else's for
that matter.  Your prior postings have proved it.  However, now I see you
must suffer from some physical problems or penis envy.  I don't know which,
could be both.

Now the facts are as follows:

1) Nekotech according to Byte (March issue) is the fastest single processor
system running NT.  (Is success a reason to go out of business?)

2) Due to the article, current booking's look to be approx.  $500,000.00
this month.  However, its early, only the 3rd day as of Friday.

3) InCo parent company of  Nekotech,  unlike its competitors has been in
business for over 6 years.   With the addition of  Nekotech and the Alpha
line we are now able to offer customers Sun, HP, and Alpha based systems.
Furthermore, with the recent addition of  OSF/1 and Open VMS we are the only
manufacture to offer such a wide range of UNIX cross platform communication
expertise.

In addition, we have built and shipped custom utilizing hardware and software
Raids,  72" rack mount cabinets and various single tower configurations.

4) Our Mach II series, unlike the Aspen product is dual boot, UNIX and NT.
This means that an end user can have one system that would use two hard
drives one with NT the other UNIX, push a button and boot to the desired OS.

5) Our Mach I-233 has been tested by various customer's that claim it out
runs any MIP's 4600/200mhz or dual Pentium based systems.  This is significant
because of price, $4,995.00 for a complete system.

6) If your warped brain has compiled that the resignation of Bruce Faust
means we're going out of business, sorry your wrong.  Though it's unfortunate
Bruce quit, I already miss him, he's a close friend.  However, Nekotech like
Carrera did, will move on.  If you need to know why he resigned ask Bruce,
I don't deal in rumors.  Furthermore, unlike Progressive Peripherals / Aspen
you won't read about any strange fires and going out of business and leaving
customers high and dry.

I've been in the computer business for 17 years, and never seen such
irresponsible cheap sales tactics that you employ.  After speaking to the
sales staff at Carrera, they tell me you try the same lies with them.
Telling potential customers that the products Nekotech and Carrera make is
inferior to Aspen's.  Might I point out, the Carrera mother board is made and
warranted by Digital.  If it was inferior as you continually claim, why the
hell would Digital build them?  Our product is basically the same with a few
minor changes, thus the faster processor speeds and Nekotech builds them.
Furthermore, customers that you loose to Nekotech or Carrera you call and
continue to tell them they made a bad purchase.  What a sad sales person
you are.  Might I suggest a course in Business Ethics.  I can have them
contact Steve Spring if he wants proof, because I don't lie.

Just another fact, Deskstation does in fact have an Alpha 21064A system.
I know, because I have spoken to a few of their customers that have them.

In closing Alan, I hope you realize that a legal suit will most likely
follow, due to your outright lies.  I must add, customers we're calling on
Friday saying they had spoken to you and verbally told them the same lie.
At this point, I would imagine Steve Spring must consider you a liability.
